At First Choice Tours, we pride ourselves in being a small local business with our customers’ best interest always at heart. It is because we are such a small business that we are able to give the highest level of detailed and personal attention to each and every group tour. When you call, we will not ask for an account number or tour number, we will only need your name!
When you call us, your call will be answered by either Maria, Erin or Martha. Here is a little information about each of us!
Maria is the owner and president. She has over 20 years experience with the touring industry and is driven by her high standards of quality customer service. Due to her many years of experience, Maria has a vast knowledge of the many destinations and attractions all over the northeast and beyond. Maria currently lives in Erving, MA with her husband Doug and precious rescue Greyhounds, Shane and Fallon.
Erin joined the First Choice Tours team in 2009. She has many years of experience in customer service and also shares the drive for a high level of quality when providing our groups the best level of care and consideration possible! Erin currently lives in South Deerfield, MA with her son Kyle, and two wonderful dogs,
Emma and Madison.
Martha is our administrative assistant. She has been with First Choice Tours since 2007. With over 35 years of office experience, Martha keeps our office well organized and running smoothly. She currently lives in Deerfield with her wonderful husband Rich.
